A few months ago, I was invited to a kickass party. A party where everyone was attending! The kind of party that required a new outfit…. Not to mention, my ass of an ex was going to be there…a new outfit was definitely a necessity! So I went shopping! A few shops and a couple of lattes later, I had fallen on the perfect outfit. My new hot pink BCBG skirt, a white sheer wifebeater, an abundance of silver chains with my peep toe Christian Louboutin, yes definitely a hot outfit! Walking into the club, confidence meter in full range….and the girl at the next table sporting the same skirt!! Yikes! Total mojo kill and there was my end of the night call! It had me thinking, without going to New York, or Los Angeles, can’t we have access to a more original variety of clothes without it costing us a leg and an arm? This is where chicagenda comes into play…..we’ve merged chic original clothing, a wide variety and best of all, the designers are all Canadian and/or Canadian based. From trying to nail a meeting, or gossip filled coffee time with your girlfriends, or even, making him eat his heart out, these designers have enough variety to satisfy each of our personal agendas.
